Open Call – UK & International artists are invited to apply for the inaugural VAA Professional Artist Award 2021 with a £5000 Prize Fund
The aim of the Award is to promote the artworks of member artists, whilst helping them to gain momentum and grow their art business.
Open to artists of all levels, for all mediums and genres
Submit up to 4 Artworks
1st Prize – £1000 cash, Art Supplies, 1 x Momentum Programme to accelerate your career, 12 month Mentorship Programme. Online solo Exhibition Lifetime membership to the VAA.
5 Finalist Places for Highly Commended – Certificate, 121 Strategy session,1x Momentum Programme (6wks)
Renown Judging Panel
Entry cost – free to premium members of the VAA
All finalists promoted on social media and email coverage to 50,000.
The prize winners will receive access to a 6 week Professional acceleration programme for Artists which will be starting in February 2022.
The programme will include 6 x two-hour sessions with art experts to help you work on the fundamentals of your Art Business, based on the VAA’s Artists’ Guide to Success. The mentoring will involve a deep dive into your strategy & goals, niche, brand, creative voice, selling and marketing your Art – Online, database marketing, live events, networks, galleries, licensing and multiple streams of Income.
