Entry opening & closing dates November 1st 2022 to 5pm March 1st 2023
Delivery dates: Sunday 19th – Monday 20th March. 9:00am – 4:30pm.
Exhibition Opening Night Thurs March 23rd, 6pm
Public Viewing March 24th – April 2nd 10am-4pm each day
Collection dates Sunday 26th 4pm to 6pm and Monday 27th. 9am to 5pm

CATEGORIES:
The Newcastle Maritime Art Prize has six categories, supporting eight awards.
CAT 1: $5000 Newcastle Mission to Seafarers Art Prize (NB: Main Prize is ACQUISITIVE)
$1500 Runner up Award – Specific to Category one.
$1000 People’s Choice Award – Open to every category
CAT 2 :$1000 Indigenous Artist Award
CAT 3: $1000 Seafarer / Port Worker Artist Award
CAT 4: $500 High School Students Artists Award
CAT 5: $500 Primary School Students Class / School Artist Award
CAT 6: $100 Primary School Student Artist Award (Three $100 vouchers will be awarded to
three students)
