National Oil and Acrylic invites all artist 18 years and older from anywhere in the world, working in oils or acrylics to enter the 2021 Fall Online. NOAPS has been showcasing the talent of oil and acrylic painters since 1991.
$4500 in cash and awards.
$1000 for 1st place
$ 500 for 2nd place
$ 300 for 3rd place
6 prizes of $200
10 prizes of $100
10 memberships to NOAPS
The top 200 artists will be given recognition on www.noaps.org wit the artist’s name, link to the artist’s website and a photo of the artist’s painting. Paintings can be for sale. NOAPS takes no commission on sales. All enquiries about puchasing artwork are directed to the artist.
